Product Quality Problems Analysis and Improvement
摘要
Abstract
In view of the product quality problems that appeared in the market,we select the product of a company as an example,and analyze about the quality of the products,and propose solutions. The product failure data from the company in recent months is selected for research and analysis.This article intends to analyze the main reasons and uses the Pareto Diagram to identify the key factors that affect product quality.In order to find the best solution,some improvements are applied.The methods used here are:single factor experiment,orthogonal experimental design.Through these improvements,the level of product quality has been improved and controlled significantly.It also provides the good reference value for product quality management problems of the related companies.关键词
