固井封隔系统纵向水力突破能力评价研究
Study on Evaluation of Hydraulic Breakthrough Capability in Vertical Direction of Cementing Seal System
摘要
Abstract
In view of the longitudinal seal failure of the cementing sealing and sealing system,the annular channe-ling flow shortens the life of the oil and gas wells in the later stage of production. Through the research and develop-ment of the longitudinal hydraulic breakthrough capacity evaluation device,the hydraulic breakthrough capability e-valuation experiment is carried out. Fluid pressure testing mode is used to evaluate longitudinal barrier hydraulic breakthrough effect of cementing coupling system. The results show that the hydraulic breakthrough pressure is re-lated to the cementation strength, cementation uniformity and effective packing length of cementing ring. Cement cementation evaluation technology is helpful to detect fluid channeling channel,and reveal mechanism of hydraulic breakthrough,so a set of evaluation methods of longitudinal blockage hydraulic cementing capacity of cementing packer system are established.关键词
