摘要

Abstract

There are many subsea pipelines and electric cables laying down around the area of A oilfield in western South China Sea. Thus, it posts a great threat to the positioning of Jack -up rig. Therefore, a set of technical scheme of jack-up rig accurate positioning under complicated operation condition and risk management plan have been proposed with the incorporation of pipeline distribution and slot coverage. Field application shows this scheme and risk management plan can well cope with the complicated jack-up rig positioning problem under complicated operation condition of the oil field.
