Abstract

Subway train energy absorption parameters are reasonable to ensure that the subway train impact resistance performance of the fundamental factors. In order to improve crashworthiness and optimize the energy absorption of metro train head and middle car, an one-dimensional computational model for locomotive vehicles was built in MADYMO multibody dynamics software. The results of calculations using the model were then fitted by multiple linear-regression functions and the influence of relevant factors on the energy absorption of subway train was analyzed. The results show that by studying the influence of the single train mass, the marshalling and the crushing force on the suction energy of the subway train, the energy fitting formula of the subway train head car is obtained as W=0.116 2 αM ν2?0.1 F and the fitting accuracy of the model is 98.99%. The energy fitting formula of the2001016 subway train middle car is obtained as W=5.926*10?4αM ν2+0.038 3 F,and the fitting accuracy of the model is 94.42%. The above relationship can provide theoretical support for the allocation of energy parameters of subway train, which can be applied to the design process of subway train energy absorp.
