摘要

Abstract

Accelerated degradation test was adopted for reliability evaluation of smart meter,because accelerated life test did not apply to products with long lifetime.Temperature and humidity were selected as accelerating stress by analyzing main factors impacting the reliability of smart meters online.The maximum level of accelerating stress and the optimized accelerating stress combinations were given by conducting diagnostic test and analyzing the accelerating factors.After determining the failure thresholds of the degradation characteristic quantity,sample size and their proportions,and measurement times,the test schemes were given at last.
