摘要
Abstract
How to analyze and display the alarm information is very important for the dispatcher to conduct the rapid and accurate disposal of power grid accidents once it occurs.By acquiring the primary system model from the SCADA and the secondary system model from the relay protection information system,the switch position,protection action and reclosing signal coming from the SCADA and relay protection information system are analyzed by the system using the fault diagnosis approach which is based on abductive chart.It can identify the fault components and fault types and the alarm results can be displayed clearly and friendly by the ways of classified alarm list,diagnostic briefing and alarm event tree.It is proved that the system can analyze and display the alarm information intelligently.It can improve the ability of dispatcher to deal with the power grid accident quickly and accurately and it has a good practicability.关键词
