摘要

Abstract

This paper takes the amplifying circuit of OPA691 chip as the sample,researches and measures the self-excited oscillation of the broadband amplifier circuit caused by the length of driving cable which is similar to the λ,and then,analyzes and establishes an interpretation model.Finally,a simple and effective method is proposed to eliminate self-excited oscillation,which provides a reference for the elimination of self-excited oscillation designed by broadband amplifier circuit.
