Abstract
An integrated design method is proposed to meet the miniaturization and universalization require-ments for multi-channel coherent transponders in the aerospace field.Methods like digital intermediate fre-quency(IF) extension and channel sharing,according to the idea of software defined radio(SDR),are used to expand the processing bandwidth of digital circuits and replace the traditional local oscillators(LOs) generated by low-order multiplication of the reference frequency in IF channels,on the basis of LO unifica-tion and frequency compensation.Thus the crystal oscillators and LOs are unified and the frequency flow-chart is simplied.The method is verified by experiments of corresponding products which can be realized for the first time with a single LO and a single frequency conversion for multi-channel coherent transponding applications above C-band.This design is convenient for chip integration and channel expanding,and can be utilized as a general platform for similar transceivers.关键词
