摘要

Abstract

When TiO2 or Co3O4 as catalyst single,the chemical stability is poor and it tends to have strong adsorption of other particles to reach a steady state caused by the agglomeration of nanoparticles. Finally,it can not play to its nano properties in practical use fully. The Co3O4-TiO2 semiconductor nanoparticles with P-N junctions were fabricated by using N type semiconductor TiO2 nanomaterials and P type semiconductor Co3O4 composites.And the experimental platform was set up,the Co3O4-TiO2 can be used on overall water splitting reaction,the optimal evolution rate of H2 and O2 are 0.163 μmol/h and 0.08 μmol/h,and the ratio of the evolution rate of H2 and O2 is 2:1.
