摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the high reliability requirements of aviation electromechanical actuators,a set of permanent magnet brushless DC motor servo control system is designed. The system configuration,key parameter design and protection circuit design are introduced in detail. The isolation of the motor power drive part and the algorithm control part is realized by the electrical isolation method,which restrains the fault spread. Through the design of motor over/under voltage protection,current protection and soft start protection mechanism,the system achieves high reliability work. The experimental results show that the design of permanent magnet brushless DC motor servo control system has perfect performance,high signal acquisition precision and complete motor protection mechanism, and has high reliability and practicability.
