摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the phenomenon that the SMA cable in the broadband amplifier circuit is easy to cause self-oscillation,the influence of the distributed capacitance on the performance of the operational amplifier is studied, and a solution to the 50 Ω resistor between the output terminal and the load capacitance is proposed. Amplification circuit's design uses TI's OPA691 chip,according to the Tina simulation analysis for frequency response of the capacitive load drive circuit,it shows that when the capacitive load is added,the 50 Ω resistor can make -180 ° phase amplitude to -12.26 dB,much smaller than 0 dB. In the circuit measurement self-oscillation disappeared,the rationality of the solution has been verified.
