基于Petri网的耳机部件自动装配设备PLC控制系统研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problem in the PLC control system with concurrent and competitive control that it is not suitable for the traditional PLC programming method which causes the program to go wrong and is difficult to check for errors. Petri net has the characteristics it can describe,simulate and analyze complex events,such as concurrency and conflict. In combination with the Petri-net Modeling and ExSpect simulation technology to analyze and verify the activity of the control system model. And then using the results combined with technological process intuitively build model of PLC control system and programming. Simulation and debug results show that the method can avoid the practical problems in operation as the collision of relevant parts and Shorten debugging time that en-sure the feasibility and reliability of the equipment.关键词
