辐照对长江可培养微生物的影响及挑选指示微生物
Effects of irradiation on cultivable microorganisms in the Yangtze River and selection of indicator microorganisms

Abstract
The Yangtze River water was chosen as the research object,and studied the changes of species and quantity of cultivable microorganisms in water samples under different irradiation via separations and purifications.Experimental results indicate that irradiation causes the substantial decline of cultivable microbial quantity but cultivable microbial community structure becomes more diversified.Among all genus,the Flavobacterium was found mostly affected by irradiation,the proportion of cultivable colonies decreased by 28.98% while the Bacillus has strong tolerance to irradiation,the proportion of cultivable colonies increased by 15.78%.Also,one indicator microorganism Flavobacterium nitratireducens strain N1 was found in the Yangtze water and provided the relevant reference for using microorganisms to monitor the radioactive pollution.关键词
