服装裁片挂片机器人控制系统设计
Design of robot control system for patching sheets
摘要
Abstract
In order to alleviate the situation that the traditional industrial robot control system is bulky and not suitable for the small working environment,a control system of the embedded clothing flap piece robot was designed based on ARM(Acorn RISC Machine).The system con-sists of hardware layer,control layer and application layer constitute a hierarchical control method,each function uses a modular structure to achieve the ARM central processor to com-plete the control of each module,the command transmission application Ethernet implementa-tion.The test results show that this system realizes the robotic self-grasping and couponing ac-tion.System is proved to be stability and scalability,can complete the task of hanging position of garment hanging systern.关键词
