摘要

Abstract

With ATP saturated adsorption materials as silicon source of zeolite synthesis,four propyl bromide bromide(TPABr)as microporous template and polyethylene glycol 1000 (PEG-1000)as mesoporous template,hierarchical mesoporous molecular sieve ZSM-5 is syn-thesized directly.Through XRD,FT-IR,SEM,morphology of surface area and pore size ana-lyzer,the morphology,structure and pore characteristics are characterized.Using methylene blue to test adsorption performance.The results show that the influence of PEG-1000 dosage on the synthesis crystal is not obvious,they are all hierarchical pore zeolite ZSM-5 with larger specific surface area,which is change in 300m2/g.But with the increase of PEG-1000 dosage, the molecular sieves are gradually rough and nearly spherical,the mesoporous amount and av-erage pore size also increased.When the dosage of PEG-1000 is 0.30g,the specific surface ar-ea is 274.2302m2/g,the mesoporous proportion is 47.92%,the average pore size is 2.68nm. And when the mass concentration of methylene blue solution is 10 mg/L,pH=11 and adsorp-tion time 150min,the methylene blue adsorption rate could reach 98.2%.
