青钱柳叶多糖中单糖组分分析
Monosaccharide Constituents of the Polysaccharides from the Leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus
摘要
Abstract
The polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Phenol-sulfuric method was used for the determination of the content of polysacchrides.The monosacchride constituents of polysacchrides in the leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus were determined by pre-column derivatization HPLC.The content and composition of polysaccharides and monosaccharide from three different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus were analyzed and compared.The results displayed an average content of 4.34% for polysaccharides.The monosaccharide constituents of polysaccharides from the leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus are xylose,fructose,rhamnose,arabinose,galactose,glucose and ribose with their contents in polysaccharides being 3.04%,7.35%,8.46%,13.46%,24.32%,24.26% and 6.1 6%,respectively.The monosaccharide constituents and the content of polysaccharides show differences among different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus.It provides a basis for quality control and pharmacological efficacy study of Cyclocarya paliurus.关键词
