Abstract
Dextran was a kind of microbial polysaccharides, which was used in medicine, food, chemical industry and other industries. This paper briefly introduced the method of dextran production and extraction. The dextran production strain, microbial fermentation, enzyme synthesis and its process control, dextran separation and purification were introduced in detail. The dextran application prospect was forecasted.关键词
