丁腈橡胶改性树脂摩擦材料的制备和性能研究
The Preparation and Properties Study of Resin Friction Material Modified by Nitrile Rubber

Abstract
The phenolic resin friction materials modified by nitrile rubber were prepared using dry process prepa-ration. The friction and wear properties,physical and mechanical properties were tested and the results showed that a moderate amount of the introduction of nitrile rubber can effectively improve the friction and wear properties in phenolic resin matrix friction materials. When the nitrile rubber adding amount was 4%,the friction and wear prop-erties of friction materials was better,the friction coefficient μ of 0.44,and the wear rate of 0.33×10 -7cm3/N·m, the impact strength was 0.763kJ/m2,rockwell hardness was 63HRM,density of 2.27g/cm3,respectively. The per-formances were accord with the standard of GB 5763-2008 class 3,and the results indicated that the material has the prospect of industrial application.关键词
