现浇箱梁模板支架立杆和水平杆受力性能试验研究

Abstract
In order to improve the safety degree of cast-in-place box girder formwork bracket,Zhengzhou Jing-sha Fast Track Bridge project cast-in-place box girder high support formwork was selected as the test object,in the course of stent preloading,the internal force of opposing rod and horizontal bar were monitored and ana-lyzed,and the internal force transfer law was studied.The test results show that the axial force of the bracket is gradually reduced from the axis of the bridge to the two sides,and the top axis force of the same root is lar-ger than the bottom.The overall distribution of the axial force of the bracket horizontal rod is larger than the bottom,and the lower axial force of the box girder is larger than that of the flange,although the preload load is in the position of the box girder webs,but the flange position and the horizontal bar have internal forces.It is suggested that the vertical bar of the box girder high support formwork stand is sparse under the central axis, the top horizontal bar should be encrypted,and the bracket should extend the appropriate distance from the load range.关键词
