Application and Suggestion of the 12322 Public Welfare Service Hotline of Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Mitigation in Guangdong Province

Abstract
The 12322 earthquake disaster reduction public service hotline in Guangdong province officially opened on May 8th, 2009. In normal times, the hotline bears the task of earthquake knowledge popularization, and collection of the macroscopic anomaly and the opinions and suggestions; after the earthquake, the hotline can quickly release the earthquake information, receive disaster reports and stabilize social order. For the 12322 hotline has been running for 6 years with the increasingly prominent contradictions and the difficulties, the author puts forward a few comments and suggestions.关键词
