绞股蓝多糖对断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响
Effects of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Polysaccharides on Intestinal Microflora in Weaned Piglet

Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides (GPS) on the production of weaned piglets,the effects of different levels of GPS on the intestinal pH,intestinal microflora and intestinal tissue morphology of weaned piglets were determined.A total of 60 (28 ± 3) day-old ternary hybrids(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) weaned piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups.The blank control group was fed with basal diet,and the test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group were added 0.2%,0.4%,0.6% of the GPS in the basic diet.In the test Ⅳ and Ⅴ,0.4% of the compound polysaccharide and 0.01% antibiotics were added into the basal diet.Compared with the blank control group,the addition of GPS in the piglet diet could effectively reduce the pH value of the contents of the small intestine the duodenum,jejunum and ileal in group Ⅱ were decreased significantly by 5.2%,3.6% and 7.9% respectively.The number of Escherichia coli in the test group decreased significantly,and the number of Escherichia coli in ileum,cecum and coliform of group Ⅱ were decreased significantly by 14.6%,19.9% and 12.8% respectively.The number of Bifidobacteria in the cecum of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ group were significantly increased by 31.7%,33.8%,33.3% and 31.0% respectively.The number of Lactobacilli in the ileum were significantly increased by 10.8%,13.9%,13.5% and 10.5% respectively.The number of Lactobacilli in the cecum were significantly increased by 12.8%,15.5%,13.9% and 14.2% respectively.The number of Lactobacilli in the colon were significantly increased by 11.0%,13.5%,11.3% and 11.0% respectively in the group.The length of intestinal villus were significantly increased by 24.8%,25.5% and 24.9% respectively.In summary,the addition of GPS in the diet could reduce the pH value of intestinal contents,inhibit the propagation of Escherichia coli and improve the morphological structure of weaned piglets,and 0.4% GPS was best.关键词
