摘要

Abstract

The beef cattle,sheep and goats suffer from heat stress when the effective ambient temperature is higher than thermoneutral zone.Heat stress causes a series of physiological and metabolic changes in the body.miRNA is a class of non-coding RNA around 22 nucleotides,which is involved in the regulation of heat stress by inhibiting the expression of target genes at the post-transcriptional level.This article mainly reviewed the cause of environment factors and evaluation criteria for heat stress and effects of heat stress on physiological and biochemical indexes and expression levels of miRNA in peripheral blood of beef cattle,sheep and goats.
