Analysis on Fattening Performance and Carcass Traits of Yorkshire, Duroc and Berkshire Pigs
为研究经持续选育四个世代后的大约克、杜洛克、巴克夏猪肥育和胴体性状差异,试验选择健康、体重30 kg左右的新美系大约克、杜洛克和巴克夏猪各14头,按品种分为3组.试验期间,各组猪饲喂相同营养水平日粮(前期DE 13.58 MJ/kg,CP16.07％;后期DE13.40 MJ/kg,CP14.66％),育肥试验结束后,每组分别选择4头猪(2公2母)进行屠宰测定.结果表明:全期日增重,大约克猪(852.17 g)显著高于巴克夏猪(741.08 g)…查看全部>>
