海带多糖和枸杞多糖对山羊精液冷冻保存效果的影响
Effect of Laminaria Japonica Polysaccharide and Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide on Goat Semen Cryopreservation

Abstract
Adding different concentrations of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides (0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 mg/mL),Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (0,2.0,4.0,6.0,8.0 mg/mL) and the combination of the two (1.0+0,0+4.0,0.5+2.0,0.5+4.0,1.0+2.0,1.0+4.0 mg/mL),the experiment compared the thawed semen quality (sperm vitality,acrosome intact rate,plasmalemma intact rate,mitochondria vi tality) to study the cryopreservation effect of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides,Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and the combination on sheep's semen.The results show adding certain concentrations of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides and Lycium barbarum polysaccharides can improve the quality of thawed sheep semen,whose best concentrations are 1.0mg/ml and 4.0mg/ml;the combination can enhance sperm vitality,acrosome intact rate and plasmalemma intact rate,the optimal combination is (1.0+2.0) mg/ml and (0.5+4.0) mg/ml.关键词
