责任型领导对下属组织公民行为的双刃剑效应
The Double-edged Sword Effect of Responsible Leadership on Subordianates' Organizational Citizenship Behavior
摘要
Abstract
Responsible leadership has profound significance for sustainable development of enterprises.Based on a survey of 551 employees,using the social learning theory and the social cognitive theory,this paper analyzed the influence mechanisms of responsible leadership on subordinates' organizational citizenship behavior through different paths represented by felt obligation and follower dependency,and examined the moderating effect of core self-evaluation in this relationship.The results show the double-edged sword effect of responsible leadership on subrdianates' organizational citizenship behavior,and the dual-direction moderation of core self-evaluation as well.关键词
