互联网与创业——基于北京市青年创业数据的实证研究
Internet and Entrepreneurship——Based on the Data of Beijing Young Entrepreneurs

Abstract
The development of the internet in China not only brings a new net point of economy and the change of industry structure,but also gives a chance for China to become a"leader"of the new economic era.According to statistics,the absolute number of China's internet users is on top of the world.Until June 2016,the scale of Chinese internet users reaches 710 million,accounting for 26.7% of the total number of global internet users,and the internet penetration rate reaches 51.7%,higher than the international average of 3.1%.The relative number of China's internet remains high.From 2005 to 2015,China's internet penetration rate increases an average of 4.18%a year.From the perspective of human capital,this paper focuses on the internet's impact on employment and entrepreneurship.Using the 1% sample survey data of the Beijing youth group in 2014,this paper constructs two different internet indexes to analyze the impact of internet on young entrepreneurs'income.The results show that the internet using time has no significant impact on the entrepreneurs' income,and digital human capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurs' income.People who have the digital human capital make income increased by 32.95%. The research,based on the skill level grouping,shows that whether the entrepreneur is considered low skilled or highly skilled,the impact of internet use on entrepreneurs'income is still not significant.Digital human capital's influence on the medium-skilled and high-skilled entrepreneurs is significant,and the income of high-quality entrepreneurs who have digital human capital are increased by 13.28%.关键词
