Numerical Study on Gaussian and Exponential Light Scattering from Randomly Rough Surfaces

Abstract
Abstact To research the light scattering phenomenon of Gaussian and exponential randomly rough surfaces,the linear filter-ing method is used to generate Gaussian and exponential random rough surface,and the method of Monte Carlo based on MOM is used to calculate the light scattering intensity distribution,and the three characteristics of the scattering light intensity distribution peak,the intensity distribution width and the position of peak are studied.The calculation results show that significant differences between scattering characteristics of Gaussian and exponential random rough surface.关键词
