摘要

Abstract

Aiming at being hard to solve FDCP model in uncertainty programming field,a new hybird intelligent algorithm which used the fuzzy simulation and stochastic particle swarm optimization is proposed,fuzzy simulation is used to calculate fuzzy function,in SPSO,using fuzzy simulation to calculate fitness and detail steps is designed.it overcomes the defaults such as needing a long time,complex calculation,resapsing into local extremum in the hybird intelligence algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm,the numerical example is given to demonstrate effictiveness and reliability of the algorithm for FDCP,it has determinate applied value.
