基于闪存的星载存储数据管理研究
Data management of satellite-borne storage based on Flash

Abstract
Due to advantages in aerospace data storage,flash memory has become the next generation of satellite storage solutions after DRAM,SDRAM.Because of the storage characteristics of flash memory,it leads to noneffective management of data storage.Therefore,the on-board flash file system is facing a lot of problems to be studied.By analyzing the characteristics of the satellite storage,this paper provided the data management requirements in the satellite-borne environment.It analyzed the IOPS(input/output operations per second),metadata,throughput,and random addressing of flash file systems using simulation experiments.It demonstrates that F2FS is superior to BTRFS,exFAT,NILFS.Based on the specific tests,this paper analyzed the impact of the flash internal parallelism on the file system.The result shows that F2FS is better suited for data management on flash-based on-board storage.It also put forward improvement suggestions for data storage in satellite-borne environment.It provides a foundation for the design and implementation of flash file system in the satellite-borne environment.关键词
