Abstract

Based on a new-generation forwarding control separation technology of the SDN:protocol oblivious forwarding (POF),this paper proposed an SDN network virtualized architecture and middleware with all packet data open,which was based on the label-based network virtualization technology and the POF physical switch flow table allocation technology.The network virtualization middleware transferred the message between POF switches and POF controller to virtualize the network substrate.It labled the packet transferred in substrate network to distinguish between different network slices and virtual link traffic information.Compared with the existing virtualization middleware FlowVisor,OpenVirtex,CoVisor,etc,the virtualization middleware fully supported the POF protocol.Through the physical network data label processing,the network application achieved the SDN network forwarding plane full field open.Based on this architecture,it implemented the POF network virtualization middleware system POFHyperVisor,and verified the function and performance of the POF network virtualized middle-ware system.The loss of virtualized message processing ability is between 17.1% ~ 29.9%.
