Abstract
Objective To study the application of evidence-based nursing intervention in oral infection and immune system after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.Methods A total of 112 patients with acute leukemia underwent chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of oral infection,the changes of immune system before and after nursing and scores of psychological status were observed and compared between two groups.Results The observation group had lower incidence of oral ulcer than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of immune system and psychological status between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After nursing,the levels of CD3 + and CD3 + CDs + in the observation group were significantly higher,and SAS and SDS scores were lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively prevent oral infection after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia and reduce the incidence of oral ulcer,and improve patients'immune function and promote prognosis.关键词
