Abstract
Objective To observe effect of human nursing intervention for hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage after hematoma puncture drainage.Methods A total of 134 hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 67 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after operation,and the patients in the observation group applied humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidences of postoperative complications in both groups were observed,and the effect of neurological function and self-care ability recovery were compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results The total incidences of complication such as constipation,re-bleeding,hypostatic pneumonia and venous thrombosis in observation group were lower than that in control group (7.46％ vs.20.90％,P ＜ 0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS scale score (P ＞ 0.05).After nursing intervention,the NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than nursing before,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Barthel index score (P ＞ 0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of Barthel index in both groups were higher than nursing before,and the observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Human nursing intervention significant effect for hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage underwent hematoma puncture,and it can effectively reduce postoperative complications and promote recovery of neurological function and self-care ability,and reduce the impact of disease sequelae on the daily life of patients.关键词
