Value of detailed nursing in neurosurgery department

Abstract
Objective To analyze application of detailed nursing in neurosurgery department.Methods A total of 100 neurosurgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases per group,given routine nursing,and detailed nursing.The nursing condition of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher normal consciousness rate than the control group (96.0％ vs.60.0％,P ＜ 0.05).Observation group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (98.0％ vs.78.0％,P ＜0.05).The incidence of complication of observation group lower than that in the control group (6.0％ vs.24.0％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can effectively improve disease condition and consciousness of neurosurgical patients,and enhance their nursing satisfaction.关键词
