含油浮渣化学除油工艺条件的优化研究OA
Study on Oil Removal Rate of Chemical Agent on Oily Scum
以某炼化企业污水处理系统中气浮阶段产生的含油浮渣为研究对象,采用复配药剂对含油浮渣进行除油研究,考察了含油浮渣除油率的影响因素(反应温度、pH、搅拌时间、搅拌强度),SEM电镜表明,含油浮渣的网状结构被打破,稳定性减弱.实验结果表明,最佳除油工艺条件为:反应温度70℃、pH为8、搅拌速度50r/min、搅拌时间20min.在此除油条件下,含油浮渣的除油率能够达到82.29%.含油浮渣油水分层后水相COD越低,含油浮渣的除油效果越好,除油率越高.
The oil scum discharged from the sewage treatment system of a refinery was treated.The oil removal rate of chemical agent on oily scum was studied.The factors of temperature,pH,stir intensity,stir time were analyzed.Analysis of SEM photograph showed that the medicine break the network structure of oil scum and the stability of oil scum become bad.The results revealed that the best condition were obtained as follows:temperature 70℃,pH value 8,stirring t…查看全部>>
