汽车车灯成品质量测试系统设计
Design of Quality Inspection System Used for Automobile Lamps
摘要
Abstract
One of the basic aims for the automobile lamp manufacturing enterprises is to ensure outgoing quality of products.For mass production of automobile lamps,it is inefficient to employ manual labor or use currently available lumen output detecting equipments for quality inspection.A new quality inspection system for automobile lamps is presented.Since the voltage drop of the MOSFET relay varies with the current that flows through it,the problem of how to compensate that voltage drop is also addressed.The proposed inspection system eventually realizes the automatic operation of quality inspection of automobile lamps.The experimental results show that:1) the supply voltage of the proposed system to the automobile lamp can be smoothly adjusted within a range of 9V to 22V with a precision of ±0.1V;2) the current measuring range of the proposed system is from 10mA to 2A with a precision of ±2mA.It has been validated from the use experience of the proposed system in a lamp manufactory that the proposed system can greatly reduce the time spent for quality inspection and hence substantially improve the productivity.关键词
