直升机减速器径向石墨密封的泄露特性分析

Abstract
For problem of lubricant leakage on helicopter decelerator,this paper takes the helicopter decelerator radical graphite seal as object of the study, uses FLUENT software to do the numerical simulation of its internal process and leakage characteristics,re-searches on the radial clearance,the gap between sealing blocks,pressure ratio,the ovality of the sealed shaft and the influence of the number of sealing blocks on the radial graphite seal leakage characteristics.The results show that when other conditions are the same,the leakage of the sealing device increases with the increase of the radial clearance and ovality,and its rate trends to acceler-ating; and its leakage increases with larger gap,but its rate trends to slowing down;and its leakage approximately presents a linear increase with the increase of the pressure ratio; and its leakage is not related to the number of the seal ring blocks significanty.关键词
