SolidWorks在多点柔性夹具端部位置获取环节中的应用
Application of SolidWorks in Acquiring End Positions of Multipoint Flexible Fixture
摘要
Abstract
The multipoint flexible fixture is a kind of fixture that its support surface can be divided into height controllable mult-unit lattice, used to flexibly clamp object,It is difficult to determine its support point position when thin-walled packag with low stiffness is clamped.For this problem,this paper proposes solidworks motion simulation plug-in card which is used to create a simulation analy-sis method to acquire the data on its support points. The secondary development of SolidWorks is combined to realize data batch reading and storing, thus making the communication between PC and PLC easy. And then, the simulation measurement data is compared with the data measured from virtual assembly. The key factor affecting the accuracy of acquireing data is analyzed. The basis is provided for the feasibility of the method.关键词
