摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of safety and reliability of industrial robot with 6 degrees of freedom,this paper uses the 6 degree of freedom automatic sorting industrial robot as object of study,and does its the static analysis to verify the rationality of its structure de-sign. Then,the 3D model of the robot is built in Solidworks,and the model is introduced into the Ansys software to analyze the char-acteristics of the mode. By analyzing the modal and harmonic response curve, its maximum displacement resonance frequency is measured and the ability of its antivibration under the harmonic excitation is tested. The reference is provided for the optimization of its structure.
