阴道超声结合血清β-hCG、孕酮、雌二醇对异位妊娠的早期诊断价值
Early diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum beta-hCG, progesterone and estradiol for ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To study the value of vaginal ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG),progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 72 patients with cctopic pregnancy diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2013 to December 2016 as the observation group,and 72 healthy pregnant women in the same period of routine pregnancy test were selected as the control group.Two groups were performed ultrasound examination,respectively and synergistic detection of serum β-hCG,P,E2 levels,and the correlation between the test results.Results The gestational sac echoes were observed in the control group.The mean endometrial thickness in the observation group was (8.34±0.24) mm,with abnormal mass in the attachment area.The maximum diameter of the mass was (27.45±2.92) mm.The serum levels of β-HCG,P and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The critical value of β-HCG was 5 000 U/L,the sensitivity and specificity of β-HCG in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy were 71.91％ and 71.43％ respectively.The critical value of P was 36.25 mmol/ L,the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were 80.89％ and 76.19％ respectively.The critical value of E2 was 130 nmol /L,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ectopic pregnancy were 82.02％ and 69.94％ respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the three indexes for collaborative diagnosis were 92.10％ and 82.22％ respectively.Linear correlation analysis showed that the ectopic pregnancy maternal endometrial thickness,maximum diameter of the mass and β-hCG,P,E2 were positively correlated (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Serum β-hCG,P,E2 synergistic detection of ectopic pregnancy are higher than the effect of detection,and vaginal ultrasound characteristics have some relevance.Serum β-hCG,P,E2 collaborative detection is conducive to the correct diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,it is worth promoting the application.关键词
