Abstract
Objective To explore the factors related to the length of hospital stay in patients with diabetes mellitus though medical record home page.Methods A total of 218 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus that were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects,the information of the first page of the medical record was accessed,and the factors related to the length were subdivided into patient factors and hospital factors in two areas.First,the specific data on the number of days of hospitalization were conducted normal distribution,followed by statistical analysis of all factors,and then the impact factors of hospitalization time were selected to Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Finally,related influencing factors of hospitalization time were reached.Results The study found that,the age of the patients and payment and severity,whether the patients was associated with other disease,treatment methods,whether the patients had accompanied persons,treatment effect and nosocomial infection were the factors influencing the hospitalization of the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (P ＜ 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that 7 factors,influence degree from large to small was as follows:the hospital infection,accompanied diseases,treatment methods,treatment effect,mode of payment,severity and age.Conclusion Length of hospital stay in patients with gestational diabetes is influenced by many factors,the hospital infection,accompanied disease,treatment methods,treatment effect,mode of payment,severity and age are the related factors affecting the hospitalization time.关键词
