摘要

Abstract

Bone tissue engineering may achieve the effective reconstruction of the anatomy and function of the maxilla and mandible defect, due to the advantages of bone tissue engineering include small wound, unlimited of the supply and individual reconstruction. However, the scaffolds fabricated by traditional manufacture methods do not acquire individual appearance structure and accurately control the biomechanical properties. With the rapid development of computer technology and 3D printing technique, the research on tissue engineering scaffold fabricated by 3D printing technique in the jaw bone reconstruction has been significantly progressed. This review intends to provide an overview about the progress.
