岩骨-斜坡区血管母细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习
Hemangioblastoma of petroclival region(report of one case and review of literature)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of hemangioblastoma(HB). Methods The clinical data of one patient with HB located in petroclival region was analyzed retrospectively.The clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of this disease were discussed according to the relevant literature. Results In this case,HB was located in petroclival region of the skull base,this kind of case has not been reported yet.The tumor was totally resected by anterolateral and inferior approach and the desired results were achieved. Postoperative pathology was also suggested for HB.Conclusions The anatomical structure of petroclival region is complicated.It is difficult to identify the feeding vessels of HB in this position,and it can be assisted by cerebral vascular embolization before operation.关键词
