Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of resilience among systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenient sampling was used and 396 SLE patients were recruited from Rheumatism and Immunology Department in one Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital in Xi'an from December 2016 to March 2017. The demographic and disease characteristics questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC), Visual Analogue Score(VAS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of resilience. Results The overall resilience score of SLE patients was from 23 to 91 (54.16±16.96), which was lower than the national norm 65.46±13.93, n=560(t=13.174, P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education background, monthly per capita family income, exercise frequency, disease cognition, anxiety and depression were influencing factors of resilience and explained 50.8% of all the variations(P<0.05). Conclusion SLE patients have poor resilience and its influencing factors include education background,monthly per capita family income,exercise frequency, disease cognition, anxiety and depression. Medical staff should pay attention to both the disease and patients' mental status so as to improve patients' ability to fight against disease.关键词
