Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of active silver ion antibacterial solution on oral pharynx before tracheal intubation in general anesthesia. Methods One hundred cases of tracheal intubation with general anesthesia for cholecystectomy were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with active silver ion antibacterial liquid and the control group with physiological saline. Throat swabs were collected for semi-quantitative culture of bacteria. The data of semi quantitative culture and different bacterial species were compared between the 2 groups and the pain of the mouth and pharynx was observed. Results The bacteria in semi quantitative culture from the samples from the observation group were less than those from the control group(P<0.001).Gram positive cocci and gram negative bacilli in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The pain score after tracheal extubation of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Active silver ion antibacterial liquid before tracheal intubation in general anesthesia can effectively reduce bacterial colonization in oropharynx, prevent respiratory tract infection, and alleviate postoperative oropharyngeal pain.关键词
