摘要

Abstract

The high alkali coal is a kind of fine power coal which is easy to ignite and easy to burn out,while it has serious slagging and fouling characteristics.The on-service boilers are suggested only to be blended with high alkali coal in a certain proportion,so the boilers' adaptability to the high alkali coal is limit.Aiming at burning pure high alkali coal,the integrated design idea for newly built 660 MW units was proposed,and the values setting of the boiler key load parameters,the reasonable heating surface arrangement,the burner design,the selection of deslagging equipment and air pre-heater were given,to provide a reference for design of the boilers burning high alkali coal.
