摘要

Abstract

Total 43 radish (Raphanus sativus L.) germplasms were used to detect the sulforaphene content in roots by high performance liquid chromatography,and 4 radish germplasms with different skin and fleshy colors were detected the variation of sulforaphene content and myrosinase activity during chilled storage.The results showed that sulforaphene could be detected in all the 43 radish roots,and the contents ranged from 43.26 μg/g to 468.27 μg/g with the mean of 160.23 μg/g.After 4 months of chilled storage,the myrosinase activity and sulforaphene content in radish roots reduced significantly,and those of 16Q1,16Q56,16Q62 and 16Q154 reduced by 61.41% and 26.74%,68.96% and 74.77%,44.60% and 50.04%,81.39% and 81.71% respectively compared with the harvest value.This study discovered that the radish germplasms with red skin and white flesh had the higher sulforaphene content,which provided scientific bases and resources for breeding and development of new radish germplasms.And the sharp decrease of the myrosinase activity and sulforaphene content of radish roots was confirmed after 2 months of chilled storage,so new storage technologies needed to be developed to meet the demand of long-term storage.
