‘富士’和‘国光’苹果果实发育过程中生理指标初步研究
Preliminary Study on Physiological Indices of Fuji and Rails Apple during Fruit Development

Abstract
Using apple varieties Fuji and Ralls as test materials,by collecting fruits in different periods after flowering,the vertical and transverse diameters and single fruit weight were analyzed to study the fruit development rule.The results showed that the growth curves of vertical and transverse diameters were similar as S-type curve in the two varieties.The vertical diameter increased markedly at the early stage of fruit development while the transverse diameter increased significantly at the later stage;the largest increasing rate of vertical diameter in two varieties appeared in 21 ～35 days post anthesis (DPA),whereas that of transverse diameter appeared in 35 ～ 56 DPA.The fruit shape index of Fuji was higher than that of Ralls during the whole fruit development period.The single fruit weight in Fuji and Ralls increased rapidly in 7 ～ 21 DPA,and the increasing rate of single fruit weight was consistent with that of vertical diameter in Fuji,whereas that of Ralls was consistent with that of the transverse diameter.关键词
