硝铵态氮配比对南平烤烟品质及其烟碱平衡度的影响
Effects of Application Ratio of Nitrate Nitrogen to Ammonium Nitrogen on Quality and Nicotine Balance Degree of Flue-cured Tobacco in Nanping Area

Abstract
To improve the nicotine balance degree of middle and lower tobacco leaves,the experiment was carried out with different application ratios of nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) to ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N).The results showed that the changes of agronomic traits including plant height,stem diameter,effective leaf number and maximum leaf area were small with the increasing of NO3--N/NH4+-N ratio,and 50% NO3--N treatment had better performance.The contents of nicotine and nitrogen of middle and upper leaves increased and total sugar and reducing sugar contents and ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine decreased with the increasing of NO3--N/NH4+-N ratio,and also advantageous to the increase of potassium accumulation in middle leaves.It was advantageous to improving the nicotine balance degree between the parts by appropriate application of NO3--N,controlling nitrogen content and increasing potassium content and increasing the content of soluble sugar in tobacco.Comprehensively considering the nicotine balance degree of parts and economic traits,the treatments with 30% and 50% ratio of NO3--N were optimum.To sum up,the application ratio of NO3--N was suitable at 30% to 50% in Nanping tobacco planting area.关键词
