摘要

Abstract

To improve the efficiency of conservation and utilization of the germplasm resources of Lindera obtusiloba,the variance analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on five phenotypic traits of the seeds of 7 L.obtusilobanatural populations distributed in Henan and Shandong provinces.The analysis of variance showed that there was abundant variation in the phenotypic traits of seeds between and within populations.The length,width,volume and surface area of MP1 seeds were extremely significantly different from those of the other six natural populations.The seed volume of LS was significantly different from that of MP1 and MP2,and that of MP1 was also significantly different from that of the other six natural populations.The correlation analysis showed that the five phenotypic traits of the seven natural populations of L.obtusiloba had certain correlations with altitude,latitude and longitude,annual mean temperature and annual precipitation.The cluster analysis showed that the seven populations could be divided into four groups at the distance value of 2:the first one included MP1,the second one included LS,the third one consisted of QX,MP2 and MP3,and the fourth one included ZY and LC.The natural populations of MP1 from Kunyu Mountain and LS from Laoshan Mountain have important values for conservation and innovation of L.obtusiloba germplasm resources.
