砧木南瓜种子萌发期耐盐性评价的适宜Ca2+浓度筛选
Screening of Suitable Ca2+ Concentration for Salt Tolerance Evaluation of Rootstock Pumpkin Seeds in Germination Period

Abstract
The hydroponic experiment was conducted with the seeds of three rootstock pumpkin cultivars to study the effects of Ca2+ stress on seed germination characteristics and seedling growth in order to select suitable indexes for evaluating the salt tolerance of rootstock pumpkin and suitable Ca2+ concentration.The results showed that with the increase of Ca2 + concentration,its inhibition to seed germination was obviously enhanced.The inhibitory effects on main root length,lateral root number,hypocotyl length and average fresh weight were far greater than those on germination rate,germination energy and germination index.The comprehensive analysis results showed that except root length,the other indexes could be used as the indexes for evaluating the salt tolerance of rootstock pumpkin.For the indexes of seed germination and vigor,the suitable Ca2+ concentration for distinguishing the salt tolerance of different rootstock pumpkin cultivars was 90 ~ 120 mmol/L,while that for the indexes of seedlings expect root length was 60 mmol/L.关键词
